Very clear and easy to understand. Overall enjoyed the course and gained a better understanding of calculations of NI / Tax / Pension etc…

I struggled understanding some points because they were totally new to me. However, the trainer was very patient and always tried to help me understand.

I really enjoyed listening to our teacher. He is great at explaining. I just learn a lot slower than other people and I take more time to fully understand.

Yes, there was a lot of good information provided. However, I found the course hard to engage with and would be better in a classroom environment. Slower paced over more days.

All good with me, Tara was very good, maybe at times a little quick, but that was fine with me.
