Nothing to comment - session went smooth since day 1 and Shiela is superb - she delivered very clear the topics, very patient with us to understand the topics esp. the calculation of the tax allowance, NI contribution :) . She is very helpful all throughout the session.

I'm not a numbers person but replicating my comment above Sheila breaks it down very well. Most will be useful in my role as a payroll approver and to answer/ direct employee queries when it comes to UK pay matters.

Shelia was a great presenter and I enjoyed hearing her explain the course. Practical Portion of the course was an improvement on the theory, being able to use the software and practice the knowledge we have developed has been very useful

Very useful, really helpful being able to do the practical side ourselves getting a feel for the software and what we need to be clicking and using. Putting everything we've learnt earlier in the week into practice and to make it all make sense. Great seeing the end to end process and understanding where the values come from. Thank you.
