Clear and applicable in real life. Overall, Jon is a great coach and I really enjoyed the course.

Was pleasant enough but the subject matter was targeted at slightly more junior people I think.

The session worked well, it could have perhaps done with more time to fully explore some of the topics.

3-4 day course would benefit me even more as more time would then be spent on certain topics. Tara is a fantastic tutor : approachable, knowledgeable, and interactive. Fantastic/outstanding delivery all around

I'm not sure if i missed it but i didn't see the cause book 'till on the course, would have been useful to see beforehand. Maybe also to have sent the trainer some of the specific areas of interest beforehad.
