There was adequate time given to asking questions and this made room for interesting conversations. Being introduced to other coaching tools means that I don't only have to rely on the GROW Model for my own coaching. The live practice coaching sessions within the training were also good and gave me some self assurance to try out the STAR Model for coaching sessions. I enjoyed the training and knew that I was given more than enough to go and be an excellent coach. Pure brilliance!

Laura was super friendly and honestly the perfect role model for a trainer on the train the trainer course! I lacked confidence in my training due to coming in contact with different learning types than I was used too but this course has provided me with all the skills and knowledge to help!
This was a well structured and well presented training course, giving the participants a strong platform to build coaching and mentoring skills for the future. The training was intense and fun, with lots of practical elements giving us plenty of practice to develop skills with excellent feedback.

Fantastic training session. I was very lucky to end up having a one on one training session (by chance) and Laura was so accommodating, tailoring the training to my specific needs/requirements throughout. Laura took the time to understand my company and the dynamics, to ensure the content covered was relevant to me personally. I came into the course feeling rather unconfident, but am leaving the day equipped with key skills to implement in my daily practice with my team that I know for certain will improve my management, improvement/training and level of trust between me and my team.
A brilliant 2 days - thank you so much. Such a safe space to be able to test things out and consolidate learning. Loved it and feel so much more confident to get out there and start coaching!
Dan is a great coach and by the end of the session my confidence was no where near where I was at the start of the training. I will definitely recommend the course
