This has been an excellent Train the Trainer course delivered by Dan - I highly recommend! The ThirtySeven platform is an amazing tool for further development of your delivery skills.

Highly recommend the course. Laura delivered the content in a concise, easy-to-understand and completely accessible format. There was lots of opportunity to ask questions within the peer group, explore specific challenges, share advice, guidance and particular first hand recommendations based on their own thoughts and coaching experiences (this was mega useful, reassuring and insightful). Really enjoyable and thought provoking sessions with an engaging balance of theory and practical sessions that allowed us to put the models into play.
Excellent course. Dan was brilliant - kept the pace and engagement up for 2 quite intense days - so top job! Good balance of theory and practice. Thoroughly recommend

The last two days have provided the perfect springboard for the professional challenges I face ahead of me. Laura was able to elicit open and honest discussions, where we felt at ease both celebrating our small wins, and reflecting on our areas for development. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course and feel a great sense of comfort from the quality of the training - I can already see real impact.
