Thoroughly enjoyed the ILM 3 course with Darren, the course was very engaging and the time went by really quickly. Would 100% recommend this course to others and recommend asking for Darren.

I expect it would be an “ordinary “ communication training, but it was completely different. Even if it only takes 2 days the impact for me personally isn’t huge. The trainer was always on point and I had the feeling that he is really aware about communication in our everyday business. Great choice, best training so fare.
Trainer was very engaged and gave good examples. Lots of advice to listen to and different ways to deal with different scenarios. Course content is very informative and presented very well.
Great course, Dan did a great job at making the training easy and relatable between us taking part. Plenty of gaps to break down the screentime. 37 really made the learning experience the most beneficial.
