I found that the 2 days training was exactly what I needed to start my ILM level 7 journey. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, credible, and experienced, using live examples to bring theory to life. In addition to this, mixing people in the cohort from different sectors was great as it broadened my horizon around thinking about coaching in other sectors beyond my own.

A fantastic two days with professionals from a number of sectors and roles which enhanced the training experience. Laura provided very insightful training which has been thought provoking and practical in many ways. I have a number of things to work on which will improve my practice as a coach.

Good Facilitation. Would have been nice to have some energisers to break up the sessions and recharge. Scenarios for coach and Coachee would work well

The course has been great and I feel like I’m going away with some genuinely useful tools and frameworks that I can recall in real life management situations. Laura and Darren have been really engaging and given so much helpful advice about how we can take all these skills and this knowledge forward while we continue to develop as managers/leaders. The course was delivered well and clearly, Darren explained all of the learning points in a relatable way that I could understand using my experiences. Value proposition needs looking at in my opinion. Fruit / pens / notepaper - welcoming environment. Would like course handouts and something tangible to take away. Signposting for the training on the door to direct people in. Darren was very good and knowledgable. Will implement a lot of the ideas learnt. Would be better with more people for peer feedback. Understanding of ILM certificate and what it means could be beneficial.
