Very good course and content from the trainer.

Really good engaging course, great content inc video slides and tasks. Approachable knowledgable trainer.

Good course, relevant and good mix of theory and application with examples. Hadn’t had much experience with management before so good to see techniques and frameworks to see how to deal with situations. Sometimes these courses can be death by PowerPoint but this wasn’t the case.

Very informative and relaxed. Easy to follow. Covered many different subjects relating to the work place in a manor that is understandably.

Good course engaging and useful

This course was amazing. If I talk about something at home like a course I've done, it's made a positive impact. I feel more confident in delivering in different styles of training and things to look out for in myself and the audience.

Dan is a great trainer, really brought everyone along the journey and was a brilliant 2 days spent together as a group. The use of the camera recording and playback is very novel, and not something I’ve seen before, it brings a professional media feel to it.

Feel a lot more confident about training in general as well as how to start with an impact and make a well rounded session. Being filmed wasn’t as bad after the initial Go and was helpful to see different scenarios and being able to practice
