It’s the most valuable training course I have ever done. Part of me was dreading it, but Elisa made me feel really prepared and supported and got the best out of me. I really surprised myself and am leaving feeling so much more confident.
It was a very useful public speaking training that taught me two very important things: 1. I am not as bad as I thought, I just need to boost my confidence. 2. Sometimes the only thing that keeps you from shining is yourself, so you might need to reframe your mind.
