Instructor is fantastic and explains things well. He definitely deserves a raise! The course goes through things fast, however that is the nature of the course. I think for the amount we go through, it’s presented in a good fashion. Ross explained things in a straightforward way with good examples. I think this course is great for people that already have a little work experience to get the most out of it.

I have enjoyed Matt's enthusiasm and methods of teaching. I feel very confident in the subjects he has taught.

Content was delivered well and very comprehensive I definitely enjoyed the instructor including a practical context to the examples provided

Covered DCFs, trading and transactions comps and LBOs. A lot of content to go through-- understanding the what and why's of valuation, which Matt covered clearly with real life and on-the-fly excel examples

Very thorough and glad I took the prerequisite. The instructor was helpful in how he repeated items and took time to answer questions or review. Also good to have snacks and ample breaks.

Brilliant teacher but could have been structured differently.. Would have appreciated more theoretical knowledge than excel model walk-through

AMAZING

Very informative and useful. A little fast paced but considering the amount of training condensed into a week, it makes sense. Course material will definitely help in retaining the knowledge. Rasna was super helpful and nice!
