Great course, I have learnt so much and look forward in putting it into practice!

I found the course very valuable. Spreading over two days was essential for me so that I could undertake taks around it without being distracted. I could be 'present' in both sessions. I am a lone worker for 3 parish councils and just stepping away, being able to take time to think of my routines has highlighted areas I really must change to enable me to stay in the sector and balance my working processes.

I never realised accuracy could be so interesting and engaging and many of the techniques I had never thought of before.

The course was very useful. It made you think about how you should manage your workload and how to do your best to eleviate errors.

Chris was an enthusiastic and engaging trainer throughout. It helped us understand different methods and structures to check our accuracy.

Good stuff

The instructor was wonderful. He got us to participate by calling on us and asking for input. He also was able to speed up the course so we could finish on time without leaving anything out. I asked him to review something I missed (as I was taking notes) and he didn't hesitate. Overall, great instructor and great class.

Useful for everyone, the session was interactive and i loved that.
