The training is very helpful, the useful tips and tricks will be remembered for a long time and be applied to my everyday work and general life. It will certainly improve my accuracy. Chris Poots is very helpful and a great teacher, it was a pleasure to learn from him.

I thought the training was excellent and really engaging throughout. The use of the advantage of threes is really helpful and just thinking about how to deal with pressures and stress at work as well as different ways of checking documents and the way we view things was really helpful.
