Clear course content. Helpful examples and application of theory learnt, related back to the theory to everyday examples Gregg delivered the content with confidence Plenty of breaks to keep attention with the course

Very engaging session, with lots of opportunities to share thoughts. Loved the breakout rooms as a bit of a different activity, and the chance to work with other attendees. Right amount of breaks :)

Greg made the course very engaging. The tasks and breaskouts were a great way of starting to implementate changes to they way I currently work and think about how I can get tasks done. It has been a very useful and valueable course.

I loved the morning and the activities around improving accuracy. I still enjoyed the time effective checking section however was less relevant for me The trainer mixed the session up and enjoyed being able to work in smaller breaakout rooms

The training was great. A good level of engagement was required from participants without feeling overwhelmed or forced to answer questions I didn’t know the answer to
