Karen was highly engaging throughout the course. The toolkit provided for follow-up, including resources like the ABC of email communication, offers excellent takeaways that I can apply to my day-to-day work.

When I was completing the second test, when I hovered my mouse over the boxes there would be a smiley face or not which would imply the answer was correct or not, I found this quite offputting

I thought that Chris did an excellent job in conducting two very engaging and insightful sessions! The course material was very professional and interactive, which made the course definitely worthwhile. I feel more equipped going forward in checking my work and identifying potential errors or inefficiencies.

I really enjoyed the training mainly because of Chris and his style. Friendly, funny, and professional. I've experienced his way of training to be effective, efficient and good fun. Certainly enjoyed the two training days for this reason.
