The course was very interesting. I personally will pay more attention to the small details at work and personal life as well to avoid mistakes like incorrect emails, names... etc

Found it useful and having exercises in the middle made it easier to follow it up and not distracting with work

The only criticism is that it's far too long, so even with the 10-minute breaks, it is hard to stay concentrated. The almost 4-hour training is too much, especially in the middle of a work day when we know we have a lot of work to do, so it creates a lot of unnecessary stress.
