The over-all training is very helpful and relevant to my scope of work as I deal with lots of email on a daily basis and I review different types of documents. We only had two sessions, but I learned a lot from both of it. Also, Greg was an excellent trainer. Thank you!

I found this training course very interesting and helpful as it makes you aware of all the different things we do day to day and gives lots of tips to help improve work efficiency. The trainer was lovely and very helpful with making it all easy to understand and gave out a lot of helpful tips that will be useful and beneficial day to day.

Very interesting course. Can understand why my company makes it a requirement as it highlights flaws in the current practices I use when I work and suggests ideas as ways to combat them

Enjoyable course with some interesting points, one criticism would be the length of the course as my concentration level was lowering towards the third hour.

Greg was a great trainer, giving time to all, encouraging and supporting active participation, clearly explaining each element and answering all our questions.

It was a good course. I picked up a few tips and noticed habits I'd gotten into that I should correct. I enjoyed it. Definitely think it's worthwhile doing and even though it's a long course, all the activities in between helps make the time go pretty fast. Greg is an excellent trainer too and very patient and charismatic.

Really useful training, at first I wondered what the purpose was and that it was easy! I will take this learning away as I found the methods really useful for data accuracy. To 1. Focus on task using a strategy, don't multitask or try to fit things in because you have a spare 10 mins! 2. Concentrate take 20 min ergo breaks 3. Use 3 cluster digit / number method to improve accuracy.
