A well put together training experience which will aid in my written accuracy going forward.

Great training - really enjoyed the activities and wonderful use of breakout rooms to promote participation. Although, I think second part of training (day 2) could be condensed and made shorter.

Good content, very interactive but could have been condensed into either two smaller sessions (2 hour per one) or one longer session.

The course was good and useful to my role but think it could have been covered in less time

The Course was very knowledgeable and the workbooks were great . Loved the stories that were told to help with further explanations on accuracy and being clear .

I really enjoyed the course. It made me aware of mistakes I didn’t realise I was making and made me more cautious to take the time to read things slowly and carefully to pick up on things better.
