i put 3 stars for clearness because i did not have headphones and at times could not hear what was being said fully
I will certainly be using tools gained from todays training, the only feedback for improvement would be for it to be more number orientated, the only reason for this would be that 99% of our checks are number.
I found this workshop really useful. It was very interactive and the trainer was very knowledgeable and had lots of tips on how to improve approach to written communication that I can use in my work going forward.
This course was very enjoyable and will be extremely useful for me within my role. The advice and guidance that has been given to us will help to further enhance our quality of work.
