Our trainer was great and had a lot of useful information that will help me with my work

Interesting, think its good in theory, but in practice, we just don't print off letters and check them, they go out centrally overnight, so can't really be checked before issue every time. Similarly we have to multitask daily as we are so short staffed, so checklists, though great idea, would not work in practice at present in the office.

Brilliant taught and equally interactive/challenging

Thought it was good but too much of an emphasis on time - so much so that it seemed to turn into a competition with people just trying to get finished the fastest. This is because every excercise was timed
