Everything that Greg taught was useful and I know the team and I personally will use the tips and tricks going forward.
I will be putting into practice all the skills I have learnt, I feel once practiced, will become a habit. I also know my teams challenges a little bit better so I can support them. Greg was a great trainer I found his style put me at ease and therefore I was able to get involved and really process what he was teaching. The course was a great pace and incorporated all our job roles.
Liked the practical tips - in particular the little booklet handed out at the end for a condensed version was a nice touch!!
I think the course content is really good and makes a very dry subject interesting and fun. But for our team I think we were already at such a high level of accuracy there was minimal scope for improvement. Also, I appreciate that the timed events are to try and encourage people to use the tools they are learning by default. But it felt like the onus was sometimes quite focused on the turn around time, which felt counter to the message of time not being important. So I enjoyed the course, but felt it maybe needed to be a bit more tailored to our style of data handling.
Will be interesting to see the overall accuracy improvement in the coming months.
Hi, This was a truly enjoyable course. All communication prior to the course was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the pre-course call, which I thought was a great addition to set the tone. In the past, I’ve found that online training can sometimes become monotonous, especially with a trainer simply reading slides in a monotone voice. However, Greg was fantastic. He not only delivered the course material effectively but also encouraged and skillfully navigated tangential discussions from delegates. The course struck an excellent balance between presentation, conversation, and breakout groups. I also felt the timing and frequency of breaks were perfect for keeping me engaged and refreshed.
