Really eye opening at how being accurate can impact the wider areas of business.

Karen was great. I particularly liked the parts where she went into the 'science' behind it, how brain works etc. One small criticism I'd say is that it was a bit repetitive at parts and could do with being a bit more challenging.

It was confusing that the documents were UK based when we are US based
