Good course - some heavy and possibly repetitive content, but there are a lot of contributory element so there is an inevitability of repetition in any event.

Very detailed course that was challenging my understanding of what is required to get to Net Zero

It was good to do this course in person, it would have been difficult to stay engaged virtually

The tutor Kevina was very informative and answered any questions asked of her. I learnt a lot from the course and has given me plenty to think about.

Course was very informative and will definitely help me going forward. It’s was very experienced and made the course enjoyable by her delivery of the content.

I really enjoyed the course and trainer. The documents provided to us gave me ideas for not just validation report but also improvements on other QMS documents. Suggestions made with regards to wording etc also helped me in this regard. There were some new aspects I learned with regards to validation and its requirements. But overall a very good course.
