The tutor was very interested in the topic which really helped. He used real life examples to tie it all together and always referred back to our own individual roles to understand better in why we do what we do and how it relates to HACCP. Asking us questions throughout and allowing us to brainstorm was good to get us thinking more.

Mr. Gerry was very good lecturer, he made us laugh, that we stayed on focus all the time
