The course was very benificial to my job and i will continue to use what i have learnt
Really good course as a place to start on food fraud and adulteration, good reference documents provided, good understanding of how our suppliers should be assessing threats when it comes to food fraud and putting control measures in place. Would like to learn more about specific product categories we should be watching out for, emerging threats in today's world etc.
Good course. And good interaction. The course material is very good and provided in a good way via dropbox.
