Well executed refresher training on a complex topic. Virtual training can be tricky and tiring but to be fair Denis kept me engaged with he presentation style and engagement tools such as asking of questions, breaks, workshops. Delighted I put myself forward for the training.

A very interesting, engaging experience. Lots of very useful information and I intend to use the coure material instructions in my next Audit.

Overall, I enjoyed this course and I will apply what I learned in the pertinent activities of my job
