Good course, the pre-requisite knowledge was explained, but I suggest it be more definitively enforced, as it is not possible for a poorly prepared person to succeed in this course.

While some areas could benefit from more practice or deeper exploration, the overall value and clarity of the methodology make it a strong foundation for anyone involved in process improvement.
The course was great but I think a little bit more energy and understanding we need people to buy in at the start . The facilitators are excellent in lean knowledge but could use their facilitators skills more to bring the late adopters on the journey too
