Very enjoyable and learnt alot

Really enjoyed the course, technical writing isn't part of my job day to day, but I have lessons that I will take into my every day communications which will be really helpful!

Well structured and engaging course.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. There was a lot of information provided but it was delivered in a steady pace where we could ask questions and take it all in. I found the examples the tutor provided, helped to clarify certain points. A lot of the material discussed in the course can aid us with preparation of audits but also give us the confidence conducting our own internal audits in the lab.
