Overall really interesting and helpful course. I didn't have much familiarity with the standard before the course and this really introduced me to the standards and requirements. Very helpful exercises, I liked the team work aspect as well. The tutor was interesting and clearly very experienced. Really good course

Excellent tips and reference material provided by the tutor. Intense course but rest breaks were frequent and long enough.

Edel was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all questions posed by the class. She also encouraged the team to answer questions from others which made the learning very good.

Edel is a great instructor, she was particularly good at getting the group communicating and sharing which is always a challenge for virtual learning.

The course was very good, however I think it would be better suited in a classroom environment. Some of the tasks proved difficult due to the differing technical environments of the participants e.g. sound quality and reading documents via shared screen function sometimes proved difficult. The Audit exercise proved the hardest due to having to go back and forth between multiple documents in a team setting.
