over all enjoyed the course, the content was just about right for online delivery, any more in depth examples etc. would be better in a classroom environment in my opinion

Great Class; understand more about auditing process and all. Need more practical to get expertise in audit cycle

A good well rounded course. A little fast on technical aspects and worked examples. May have been better to do this aspect in person as opposed to online.

Grainne was brilliant, explained everything clearly and encouraged participation. Was hoping for a few other topics but was given advice on what was available. Looking forward to trying to use these new skills with my own data.

Course is very good for participants who may may not be familiar with Root cause Analysis tools.
