Good course, the pre-requisite knowledge was explained, but I suggest it be more definitively enforced, as it is not possible for a poorly prepared person to succeed in this course.

I would recommend this course to a colleague because the DMAIC structure, hands‑on tools, and real‑world application make it highly practical and immediately useful. The content gave me clear guardrails for problem‑solving, strengthened my ability to validate root causes with data, and highlighted how to create sustainable controls. While some areas could benefit from more practice or deeper exploration, the overall value and clarity of the methodology make it a strong foundation for anyone involved in process improvement.

Really enjoyed the day and its a good sign when it did not feel like the day was dragging.

Her wealth of knowledge and coaching, especially during the mentoring and A3 review, helped us understand the material in depth and build confidence in applying it to our project work. I’m proud of what we achieved and learned, and I’m confident this will be a lasting benefit in my day-to-day work and for future projects in our organisation.
