i think the venue was quite small for the training especially when it came to the skill presentation and the last day was far too warm but out of the control of the course

Edel delivered the course information in a professional , yet relaxed format. Edel kept our attention and the break periods came at the correct time. It was very informative and, with me coming from a production managememt side of the business, I felt that this has improved my knowledge, to both improve my skills with 3rd party audits and carrying out my own internal audits.
