The pre-work exercise that was sent out (and highlighted as important to complete) was not discussed in the course at all, I found that a bit strange. Generally though I found it an interesting course. I have worked in medical device industry for 12 years but always in the same company. I think we generally have good procedures but it was interesting to see a different take on some of the aspects, and especially the risk-based approach is something I will take away and that I think we can put more focus on.

The course was very informative and I found the delivery excellent. John is an excellent presenter and it is clear to see he has an indepth knowledge of the Risk Management Standard and also the requirements of IVDR/ MDR. Also I very much appreciate John rescheduling the second day of training as a result of an unannounced audit.
