Bernie was very knowledgeable, encouraging and kept to the subject matter. Receiving direct feedback from another participant as well as the tutor was very helpful. This was my first experience of on line training and although, i prefare in person ,I thought it was still a very relaxed friendly environment. The set up information and pre test was well received as a first timer.
Gained an appreciation for auditing and clarity on how to approach a real life audit. Looking forward to applying new skills & knowledge to internal audits at PepsiCo!

Excellent course with a very knowledgeable teacher and always ready to help and put on back on track. The perfect length for the online review audit. Consider adding an extra day to do a "walk-down' audit also
