great course overall

Good course, only issue is it was probably not detailed enough aroind the things in didn;t understand too well. but that is a deeper knowledge level course potentially.

Excellent course overall really enjoyed completing it. have gained a vast amount of knowledge in the Auditing. Finbarr was very helpful and engaging.

Excellent tutor, Tom was very informative and friendly, and made the course very interesting and enjoyable.

Excellent, Brian has lots of knowledge and I've learned loads from him. I've come away with a new mind set for HACCP

I think it would be best to get away from office and work environment and soley concentrate on the course

Loads of good and useful information, which definitely will be used on our own HACCP manual.
