Great course, enjoyed the groupwork as it ensured good engagement throughout. The pacing was just right also, never felt too overwhelmed/underwhelmed! Definitely learned new skills when it comes to technical writing which will be implemented into my work! Ita was a great tutor, very encouraging and very knowledgeable.

A very enjoyable course which engaged the student during activities. Gina has a way of drawing people out of themselves and getting them involved and making them feel comfortable doing it.
