Very intensive but educational and informative
Excellent course and brilliant course leader in Denis K. I struggled with the concepts of auditing and HACCP but its now clear. Easy to ask questions and my only comment is that its too much for two days. Needs to be a three day course

Joan Brien is a brilliant teacher who made the course both interesting and engaging. Her interactive teaching style encouraged participation and discussion, creating a positive learning environment. Joan explained the material clearly and kept everyone involved throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it both informative and valuable.
