Excellent HACCP training

A good refresher course .

Denis was brilliant. Energetic. Great use of interaction and an ability to give examples to make it simple. Great way of always returning back to the main points of focus and key learning while still moving further into the process of auditing. Made sure we could understand and draw the HACCP system.

I felt the course tutor Denis was very engaging. He made the topics of HACCP and doing audits very interesting and was very clear in the information he was giving us. As a result I have a much better understanding of HACCP and what to look for when doing an audit.

Edel was fantastic, informative and humorous. I learnt more than I expected to learn from the course and look forward to putting it into practice in my role.

The course was very informative and the Tutor was very knowledgable in the topics cover. Course like this are generally very material heavy, however I felt this was well management with adquate breaks and effective use of breakout rooms.

Edel is a fantastic tutor, perfectly paced, informative and fun learning. I am very sad the course is finished - best training I have had!! Looking forward to putting my new skills to the test
