The strongest part of the course was the practical approach. The real-life examples, the clear breakdown of hazard analysis, decision trees, validation, verification and CCP development made the content easier to follow. Joan was very knowledgeable, supportive and open to questions. The assignment guidance was also very helpful because it showed clearly what was expected and how to structure the work properly.

Good interactive workshop, really liked the talking about knowing your audience and how to approach that.

I learned a lot more than I expected to. Ita was extremely engaging and a wealth of knowledge.
