I really enjoyed this course, John kept it engaging and fun with his activities and jokes. I could see how the learning materials would be applied to real world situations and the examples John gave were very insightful. I would recommend this course.

A good course and well delivered against a tight timeframe for the volume of material

I think the course was structured very well with the layout of the modules and the pace of delivery over the three day course. The tutor was excellent and displayed well-rounded knowledge and was great at taking into account the knowledge we had coming into the course and adjusting the material.

Very good course which gave practical tips to carry out RA and reinforcement of the steps to carry out a RA efficiently.

I feel the course was explained in great detail with great knowledge from the trainer. It was great to hear real life situations also.
