Overall a really interesting course. Day 2 solidified a lot of information and highlighted how I can use this new information in my day to day work. A big thank you to Anne Marie for her efforts in keeping us all interested and helping me through parts I found difficult.

I thought this was an excellent course. The trainers pitched it at a right level and were authentic, fun, non-jargon-laden and enthusiastic about their material. I found it very helpful.

The course was really well delivered. The only down thing was that there was not enough time to cover all the topics.

Great class. Helped me learn how to properly use punctuation when writing. Also, how I need to double check my work as well as understand who I am writing.
