Course was excellent I feel this is a reflection of a good trainer

A really well delivered course with good comparisons made to both EU standards we were familiar with and inclusion of discussion on our systems and how it would relate and be viewed by the US systems.

Great tutor who has a lot of knowledge and presents the course well. Lots of content! It made me think, bring things back to basics.

Very worthwhile course for basic HACCP. All training objectives were met and content was clear and concise and relevant to industry.
