Content and tutor were great. Got a great understanding coming out of the two days and alot more confident in my responsibilities on the HACCP team now as a result. The venue though convenient to travel to and from, there was constant knocking and drilling particularly on day 2, while on my overnight there, there was a disturbance at 4am in the hall that the hotel were very slow to resolve, resulting in a shite nights sleep. Food to be fair was good but that was the only positive I'd take from the hotel.

I had a preference to do a virtual course but having done this course I see the value of the in-person training. Tutor, pace, and content were all great.
