Excellent Course, given by a very interactive tutor. Tom Keane interacted with all participants which kept us all engaged with the course and the material through using real life examples.

Really interesting course and excellent delivery by Tom. Very enjoyable and I always learn something new. Great to get a different perspective on allergens. Overall an excellent course and would highly recommend SQT.

Overall, really well run course, broken up nicely with breaks throughout the day. Timing remained punctual. Ita was really friendly and engaging. The exercises were very informative and enjoyable to execute in small groups with colleagues. I would recommend this course to other colleagues.

Very good course and I enjoyed it and found it very interesting , I learnt so much after it and didn't realise how much there is with HACCP. Would be motivated to do a level 6.
