Edel is a great instructor, she was particularly good at getting the group communicating and sharing which is always a challenge for virtual learning.
The course was very good, however I think it would be better suited in a classroom environment. Some of the tasks proved difficult due to the differing technical environments of the participants e.g. sound quality and reading documents via shared screen function sometimes proved difficult. The Audit exercise proved the hardest due to having to go back and forth between multiple documents in a team setting.
found the overall courser very interesting and i got great pointers to take in to my work place
Overall I feel it was a very informative course and well worth my time.
