The trainor, Ms. Grainne, was very helpful and knowleageable about the course.

As an online course this was good but delivery face to face will always help engagement which helps with subjects such as this. An excellent course well presented as usual by Denis who is a favourite of ours as he makes the subject relatable to our work environment.
