Found the course interesting, but some of it very repetitive.

Engaging instructor with good practical examples

Frans was great. Welcoming, down to earth, a good sense of humour and taught us in a memorable way. Very helpful.

Actually enjoyed it was funny at times when practicing. Easy knowledge to absorb not like my last class I had 2 years ago. Deb is well nice and encouraged people to call out if anything isn’t getting through to them.

It has been very informative and well presented. I feel more confident about dealing with situations which might need first aid assistance.

Very good course. Would like more in depth for each part, as trainer could only go into the detail they are allowed too.
