Very good course and trainer .

the course was well put together with a good pace and the trainer give the group plenty opportunity to share on experience she made it a fun event

The Course was great and i can see how it has evolved from my course in 2017, only down side was the admin for the course, link for course only received 10mins before course start even though requested the week before, and then on second day link didn't work but then eventually did.

I was expecting to get more practical training especially the AED

Trainer was very knowledgeable and turned the learning into an interesting day. Paul was new to green cross but he still came across like he had years of teaching.

The trainer made you feel at ease and explained everything clearly. If you were not sure he explained it again

Pleased with the course , if it could have been delivered in a half day that would have been perfect

Excellent course interesting and relevant to the work I do

The gent doing my training was very experienced and it showed in his confident manner and the way in which he delivered the training making sure everyone understood and if need be breaking it down in smaller steps to help someone on the course truly understand. Having to book in an out using my personal phone was a pain to be honest, perhaps I am a tad old school in this matter. Like I said the Trainer was very professional in all ways and NICE GENT
