Shaun was a fantastic tutor, he was very informative about the different aspects of first aid, even giving his own account of case studies he's experienced in his field. He was very easy to get along with & chat to, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Tommo was a really excellent trainer, he made the course content come alive with a mix of interesting relevant anecdotes, and real life experience and know-how and a friendly jokey presentation which also got serious at the right times. It's the first time I feel like I have really learnt useful practical skills on a first aid course and gained confidence instead of feeling less confident by the end of the day.

The majority of first aid courses I’ve done in the past were mundane and borderline boring, Mark was by far the best trainer I’ve ever witnessed, fun, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable, made the course interesting and learnt more than before!! Bravo mark

A well organised course with plenty of opportunity to confidently share your views. Quite fast paced in the breakout rooms but it was good to get mixed up between the other attendees to share thoughts and views.
