Brilliant course that everyone in any business should take. Appreciated the updates of video examples. Alun manages to make the training fun even after receiving it many times. Cannot say enough positive things really. Defo hope he remembers it's teams not staff XD

David explained everything really well and he was speaking loud and clear so everyone can hear and understand him. David answered all the questions that we had and the time past quickly without realising it as the Fire training was enjoyable.
