The course was very informative and i especially enjoyed the practical part of it. Alan was thorough in his delivery of the content and inclusive of everyone’s knowledge (whether beginner or more experienced in the training)

Good course. Feel competent if a fire was to occur, know how to respond and how to remain calm. Great trainer.
Good course and really enjoyed it. Maybe would have wanted some new content, or new slides. However still thoroughly enjoyed it :)
