The training was very educative, it will help me to deal with fire in future
I learnt a lot regarding what to do in the case of a fire and the correct procedures that I need to follow.
Gareth was very concise and clear, I tend to panic under pressure, his demeanor made me feel calm and capable, and for the first time I felt capable to be in charge of the fire panel, he listened to all questions and answered them in a clear manner, and listened to all of our points.
I have done refreshing training. The training was really good. The trainer was interesting and communicative.
It was really fun and beneficial.Really enjoyed it!!
