Brilliant

Well informative instructor. Answered all questions asked whilst being mindful of our work place. Overall, a great trainer

Over all it was good training but some lack of awareness it’s the residents home particularly because it was on a dementia community. Dated Language used such as “aggressive a ones” referring to residents didn’t seem appropriate. And punching the fire doll as a joke this could cause distress to residents nearby. If families where to hear or witness him saying “this is what you do to the aggressive ones -then punch the doll repeatedly” it could cause complaints our end. But was knowledgable and the training over all was informative and friendly.
